see if yours is there. If not, our friendly and knowledgeable staff
will gladly answer any questions you may have about products or
ordering. Please email

within 24/48 hours. Please be aware that our employees are given
Saturday and Sunday off to spend with their families and enjoy worship
services.
If you are an existing
customer, please include your invoice number in all correspondence.
You can find this number on the confirmation receipt you received
after placing your order or on the bottom left of the shipping label.

3. What is the
return/exchange policy?

On occasion, an item
may not be readily available and must be backordered from the
manufacturer. If any part of an order is backordered, the customer
will be notified within 24/48 hours and we follow these steps:

Items on backorder
are charged at point-of-sale in full, just as immediate-shipment
items. This is to reserve an item from the manufacturer, in some
cases, actually producing it on demand. A refund can be issued if
the item is successfully cancelled (*See below for info on
cancellation).

Notify you by email
which items are on backorder and the estimated ship date. This email
is sent within 24 hours of the order being placed.

As the estimated ship
date approaches (within 1-2 days of the ship date) we verify with
the shipping warehouse or manufacturer that the date is still
correct. If the manufacturer has a delay, we update the backorder
date and again notify you by email. We will do everything to help
you get your products as soon as possible.

Backordered
items can be cancelled if they are confirmed as not-shipped. If you
need to cancel a backordered item, please
contact customer
service and we will attempt to halt
shipment of the product. A confirmation email will be made to
confirm the cancellation and subsequent credit or change to your
order.

5. What are my
options for placing an order?
There are several
options to choose from.
Secure online
order
Order using a
fax machine- print out the mail/fax
order form, fill it out and fax it to (801)
991-4750. Faxed orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days
of receipt.
Regular mail-
You can print out the
mail/fax order form, fill it out and mail it
with check or money order.

The fastest way to
receive your order is by ordering online. However, if you prefer, you
can also order by using a check or money order. You can access our
Mail/Fax order form by clicking here. Fill
out the form and then follow the instructions for mailing or faxing.
When paying by personal
check, we will normally ship your order 5-7 business days from the
date we receive your order. This allows time for your check to clear
your financial institution. If you send a certified check or money
order, your order will normally ship 2 days upon order arrival.
7. Will I be charged
extra for shipping?
For your
convenience, we use UPS delivery service to deliver your order to you.
Free shipping is always included for all orders shipped within
the USA lower 48 states via UPS Ground. Please note that we
do not ship to APO, AFO, AE or similar addresses. Express delivery
by UPS 2-Day Air is also available to the Continental USA for an
additional $50 charge. Additional shipping charges of $50.00 to HI and AK
apply.
International
citizens who wish to place an order are responsible for all custom
taxes and shipping charges to complete the delivery of their
order. A shipping quote can be requested at the time you place your
order.
Although UPS ships to
most areas, they do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a
physical street address in all shipping information.

The average delivery
time for UPS Ground is between 3-7 days depending on your location.
Please be aware that the above shipment time is the average and does
not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified
number of days. In our effort to provide fast delivery, you may
receive two or more shipments if multiple items are ordered.
Please take note that we
do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. Orders placed on
Friday will typically ship the following Monday.

Will sales tax be added to my order?
All products sold to
Utah residents will include 6.5% sales tax.

Will I receive notice that my order has been shipped?
Upon shipment, you will
receive an email from UPS which will contain specific shipping
information including ship date, expected arrival date, and a tracking
number.
Products normally ship
within 1-2 business days after orders have been received. Order
submitted on Friday will be shipped out on Monday. We do not ship on
Saturdays and Sundays, or holidays.

11. What if I
need to cancel or change my order?
If for any reason
you decide to cancel an order please contact a
Steam Cleaners
Plus Customer
Service team member immediately by email at

yet shipped, we can usually cancel the order upon notification.

12. How do I know if an item is out of stock or on backorder?
You will be notified
within 24 hours if an item is out of stock or on backorder. An option
to be placed on a waiting list for product arrival notification will
also be available.
If you choose to be
placed on the waiting list, you will receive product updates and be
notified when the product first becomes available. All those on the
waiting list will receive first buying options on newly acquired
inventory.

13. Where can I give feedback about products or other items?
We value our customers
opinions and welcome any feedback you have to offer. Please send your

14. What if I want to return the item within the 30 day guarantee
period?
First of all, make sure
your unit is still within the 30 day return period. You will need your
Order ID to request a return. If your Order ID is unavailable, please
provide as much information regarding the purchase as possible,
including full name, address and date of purchase.
All returned
merchandise must display a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number. This number can be provided by using the
RMA
request form. This form must be used
to request an RMA before returning any item. Any returns received
that do not display a valid RMA number on the return shipping label
will be refused.
After an RMA number is
issued, you can then ship the item prepaid to the address provided in
the instructions you receive.
15. Why didn't I
receive a warranty card or packing slip with my order?
In an effort to
eliminate excessive use of paper products and become more
environmentally friendly,
Steam Cleaners Plus uses the shipping
label that is affixed to the box as the packing slip and displays full
warranty information online. There is not a card to fill out. Warranty
service is automatically included when your order is placed and should
you ever need to use the warranty for any reason within the 2 year
period, your Order ID or full name acts as the reference number.
