Policy
For
your convenience, we use UPS delivery service to deliver your order to you.
Free shipping is always included for all orders shipped within the
lower 48 states (USA) via UPS Ground. Please note that we do not ship to APO, AFO,
AE or similar addresses. Express delivery by UPS 2-Day Air is also
available to the lower 48 states (USA) for an additional $50 charge.
To ship to HI and AK, please select the 2nd Day Air shipping method. Please
be aware that your order may be sent via UPS ground if the 2nd Day Air
charges are higher than the $50.00 shipping fee.
International citizens who wish
to place an order are responsible for all custom taxes and shipping charges to complete the
delivery of their order.
Canadian customers should select the $50.00 shipping fee for the
Canada Shipping Charge (UPS Standard Ground).
Although UPS ships to most areas, they do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please
provide a physical street address in all shipping information.
The
average delivery time for UPS Ground delivery from our warehouse is between 3-7 days depending on your
location. Please be aware that the above shipment time is the average and
does not necessarily mean you will receive your order within the specified
number of days. In our effort to provide fast delivery, you may receive two
or more shipments if multiple items are ordered. Please be aware that UPS
does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday and various holidays.
Please take note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays.
Orders placed on Friday will ship the following Monday.
Package Tracking
Tracking numbers are sent from UPS.com in email messages upon shipment of
your order. Packages can be tracked as they move from our warehouse to UPS
and finally to the package destination. With this number you are able to
track, locate and verify arrival of the package, as well as other details.
 You may
track your package upon receiving your tracking number by either calling UPS
at 1-800-PICK-UPS or by using the online UPS Tracking System.
