Helpful Hints For A Positive Online Shopping Experience

Once a product is received, check the package to make sure there are no signs of damage. Do not accept the package unless you can determine that the product inside is undamaged.

Examine all products upon arrival because there are no exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.

Keep all confirmation receipts, tracking emails, shipping slips, and original packaging so that the information can be used in the event of a return.

Important: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be displayed on all returned merchandise as instructed by customer service or the return will not be accepted.
